PURPOSE:To minimize measurement error due to magnetic flux leakage, by constructing a balancer with a balancing core and electromagnetic fluid magnetically connected with said balancing core. CONSTITUTION:A receiving tray 3 is connected onto an end of supporting body 1 through supporting cords 2, 2a and a specimen 11 is mounted on the tray 3 and further, on the other end of the body 1 a balancer 5 is connected through a supporting cord 4. The balancer 5 is composed of permanent magnet balancing core 6 and magnetic fluid 7. A controlling maens 12 is composed by variation detector 13 and electric controller 14. An magnetic excitation current corresponding to the output of the detector 13 is supplied to an electro-magnet 9. Leakage fluxes from the magnet 9 are reduced by the magnetic fluid 7.
