METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING INCLINATION OF OBJECT TO BE MEASURED

PURPOSE:To enable the measurement safely and for a short time by bringing the straight part of a lengthy rigid body equipped with an inclination detector to a pair of gauge marks formed at the measuring point to measure the inclination of the straight part with an inclination detector. CONSTITUTION:When the angle of rotation is measured in the vertical surface CV of a column C one or more measuring points are set vertically at an interval and a pair of steel discs 1 are stuck horizontally on the surface CV to form a pair of gauge marks one at a measuring point. Then, an inclination detector 5 is provided roughly at the center of a lengthy rigid plate 4 with a knob 7 having a knife edge 3 to construct an inlined measuring device 2 and the edge 3 is put at the pair of gauge marks 2 to measure the inclination thereof 4 with the detector 5.
