PURPOSE:To rotate the treated liquid smoothly at the outflow time and to enable lightened foreign substance to catch fully by constituting an induction pipe for the treated liquid and an induction pipe for discharging the lightweight foreign substance as a specifically arranged structure. CONSTITUTION:While the raw liquid 17A which is flowed in from an inlet 13 for raw liquid to be treated falls down as rotating current along the inner peripheral surface 11a of outside wall 11A in the inside of a main body 11, weighty foreign substance is separated and discharged from an outlet 16 for the weighty foreign substance at the lower end of the main body 11. On the other hand, the liquid 17B mixed with lightweight foreign substance proceeds at the center part as rising rotating current and is passed through an induction pipe 14 for treated liquid, and is rotated in the inside of space (a) from the inner side of a taper- shaped diffusing wall part 14 and flows out from an outlet 12 for the treated liquid to transfer to next process. In this case, the liquid part contg. much lightweight foreign substance is passed through a takeout pipe 15 for the lightweight substance and is transferred to the next process.
