发明名称 OPTICAL TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION MEASUREMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure easily and accurately, by receiving an irradiated light flux by thermal radiation from a semi-transparent material in a container and obtaining temperature distribution inside the container from layer thickness and luminance temperature of the semi-transparent material respecting each wavelength. CONSTITUTION:A spectrophotometer 4 is composed of a light scanner 5, spectroscope 6 and a photoelectric convertor 7. The light scanner 5 scans optically the inside space of a furnace and separates rays of light of the same wavelengths suited to the absorption spectrum of combustion gas elements by the spectroscope and converts light intensity of each wavelength by the photoelectric convertor 7. The converted detector electric signal is applied to a computer 8. This computer 8 obtains the temperature distribution inside the furnace 1 from layer thickness and luminance temperature with respect to each wave length. The result of computation is delivered to an operating system 10 of the furnace 1.
