PURPOSE:To relieve remarkably the load of an operator by providing a key for inputting directly Kanji (Chinese character) numeral so as to apply the Kanji conversion processing to the 1st character string comprising reading information including the Kanji numeral. CONSTITUTION:In applying key input as ''Yakusoku/Tegata (contract note) (Kanji numeral) No.312'', the word Yakusoku tegata'' is subject to Kanji-conversion and displayed as the Kanji. The word ''No.312'' is represented in Kanji numeral as they are. When no Kanji numeral in wide sense is used, however, the key input is conducted as ''Yakusoku/Tegata/Dai (Kanji numeral) 312 (Hiragana-round form of Japanese syllabary) Go (Kanji)''. In the case, a converting control section 5 applies Kanji converting processing to ''Dai'' as a prefixed auxiliary word and ''Go'' as a suffix auxiliary word respectively with priority. |
