<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of external parts, to simplify the production process, to reduce the cost, and to reduce the number of elements by providing a delay circuit and delaying the output of a comparator by this delay circuit to absorb noise with this delay time. CONSTITUTION:A delay circuit 16 is arranged between the output terminal of a comparator 11 and an output terminal 123, and an inverter 14' is provided which controls a switching transistor TRQ1 to make it conductive by the output of this delay circuit 16. When a TRQ4 is turned on at the time when the potential of a node Na rises to a conduction level of the TRQ4, a TRQ5 is turned on also, and an output D2 of the delay circuit 16 becomes low-level. When the potential of the node Na falls to a non-conduction level of the TRQ4, TRs Q4 and Q5 are turned off, and the output D2 becomes high-level. In this constitution, the delay time due to the delay circuit is used to absorb noise.</p> |
