<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fine color filter with high contrast by providing the color filter with laminated thin films formed on a substrate and a filter pattern developed by the heating action of light irradiated to a light absorbing agent film. CONSTITUTION:The laminated thin films are formed by laminating a color former film 21, the light absorbing agent film 22 and a developer film 23 successively on the substrate 20. When light 24 having wavelength to be absorbed by the light absorbing agent film 22 is concentrically irradiated to a prescribed part forming a color filter part through a lens 25 and a prescribed part of the light absorbing agent film 22 is exposed so that the light 24 is focused on the prescribed part, a color developing reaction is generated in the exposed part and a color filter part 26 is formed. The method writing a filter pattern by light makes it possible to form the color filter part 26 as a fine shape of mum unit.</p> |
