PURPOSE:To prevent the inversion time loss and allow continuous inversion by erectly dropping a plate-like member onto a lower carry-out conveyor from a slant conveyor and prostrating it backward with a lateral feed unit in an inverter of a plate-like member. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like member M transported on a slant conveyor 1 is transported along a stopper guide by slant rollers. When the guide 3 is lifted by a lifting cylinder 4, the plate-like member M is erectly dropped onto a transport conveyor 5 by the lateral feed force of the slant rollers 2. Next, the lower end of the plate-like member M is pushed and moved to the slant conveyor 1 side by hit claws 7 of a lateral feed unit 6 and the plate-like member M is toppled down sideways and is transported by the transport conveyor 5 upside down. Accordingly, the inversion time loss is prevented, thus allowing continuous inversion. |
