摘要 |
PURPOSE:To assure straight advancability necessary for good working speed, working accuracy and automatic connection by employing copper alloy containing specific wt% of Zn while setting the tensile strength and the ratio against 0.2% withstandability to specific value. CONSTITUTION:Copper alloy containing at least 25-40wt% of Zn is employed where the ratio between 0.2% withstandability and tensile strength is set to 0.85-0.95 while tensile strength is set higher than 80kg/mm.<2> thus to constitute a wire-cut electric discharge machining electrode wire. It is produced such that wire material composed of said copper alloy and cold worked with surface reduction rate of 99.99% is placed in/linear state under heating ambient where the product of absolute heating temperature and heating time (sec) will be 500- 3,000. Consequently, linear advancability necessary for good working speed, working accuracy and automatic connection can be assured. |
