发明名称 POSITION CONTROLLING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To make position control efficiently by moving a movable part along a passage rotated by specified angle around a center axis of rotation relatively to the movable part and thereby programming according to a work drawing. CONSTITUTION:Center vector (i, j, k) of the center axis of rotation, coordinate values (x0, y0, z0) of a point on the center axis of rotation and angle of rotation theta are given. One of passage data or data obtained by pulse distribution processing ae coordinate transformed using center axis vector, coordinate values of a point on coaxial center axis and angle of rotation. Basing on the data thus obtained, the movable part is moved along the passage rotated relatively to the movable part. By this way, programming is possible according to a work drawing, and adjusting etc. of jigs becomes unnecessary. Position control can be performed without remaking passage data even when diameter or length of tools is changed.
