PURPOSE:To send securely repeating evidence to a repeating requesting station by protecting information of the repeating requesting station against a power failure and setting the number of times of the retrial of transmission of repeating evidence, and outputting the repeating evidence to the printer of the own station device in case of a failure in transmission. CONSTITUTION:The telephone number of a pre-requesting station sent from a repeating requesting station and addressee station information are stored in RAM 2g. The RAM2g is backed up by a power source 21. The repeating station when finishing sending image information to an addressee station stores data showing the completion of the transmission to the addressee station in the RAM 2g. Further, when the addressee station is busy, the call frequency counter of the RAM 2g is updated, and when the value of the counter exceeds a specific value, data showing that transmission is possible is stored in the RAM 2g. When the transmission processing of image information to all addressee stations is completed, repeating evidence showing a repeating result is transmitted to the repeating requesting station. When the repeating requesting station is busy, the value of the call frequency counter in the RAM 2g is updated, and when the value of the counter exceeds the specific value, the repeating evidence is outputted to a printer 1b.
