<p>The windscreen wiper blade support arm, has a tubular part between its two ends (which are of channel section). In addition pressure is exerted on the arm towards the windscreen by a spring. The arm is mounted on a tube and the open part of the channel section faces the widescren. The assembly is mounted on a shaft which can oscillate and the arm itself is pressed to shape out of sheet material. The depth of the channel section used is greater than its width.</p> |
