<p>PURPOSE:To determine working process automatically by determining the extent of cutting and direction of cutting of the working process if the working process is necessary to obtain the final part basing on the shape of material and shape of the part, and then shifting to next process. CONSTITUTION:Working process is stored beforehand in a memory 201 in order of work, and after inputting the shape of material and the shape of final part, stored working process is read out in order from the memory 201. Judging is made as to whether the working process is necessary to obtain the final part or not. If it is not necessary, next working process is read out from the memory 201 and similar judging is made. If specified working process is necessary, extent of cutting and direction of cutting of the working process are determined basing on the shape of material and shape of final part. Then, next working process is read out from the memory 201 and similar processing is performed, and NC data are prepared.</p> |
