<p>Compounds represented by the general formula (I) or (II), wherein R1 represents a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, or an amino group mono- or disubstituted by a lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, phenyl or substituted phenyl group, R2 represents a lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-lower alkyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, aralkyl or substituted aralky group, provided that R1 does not represent a methyl group nor a methoxy group nor an ethoxy group when R2 represents a phenyl group, are useful as cardiotonic, antiasthmatic agent, and a preventive for arteriosclerosis.</p> |
