摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a three-dimensional flow rate measuring device and to shorten the operation time by providing the first and the second hot-wire sensors vertically without crossing, and rotating them for flow when the flow rate and the flow direction of a fluid are measured. CONSTITUTION:The first and the second hot-wire sensors 24 and 26 are provided vertically without crossing to measure a flow F. Angles of the flow F to a plane LH and a plane LW are denoted as theta and phi. First, when the first sensor 24 is rotated at the angle theta around an axis H on the plane LW, it is orthogonal to the flow F, and the flow absorbs heat, and therefore, a voltage Va of the sensor 24 is maximum. Next, when the second sensor 26 is inclined at the angle phi, an output voltage Vb of the sensor 26 is maximum. If they are maximum when sensors are inclined at angles in the reverse direction, the flow direction is opposite. The flow rate is obtained by a function of the voltage Va. Consequently, the first and the scone hot-wire sensors 24 and 26 are operated easily for the flow to measure three-dimentionally the flow rate and the flow direction easily by a simple device.
