PURPOSE:To relieve a load upon a CPU remarkably by enabling a channel controller to detect independently a cut-off signal from incoming and outgoing circuits and by allowing a time-division channel unit to erase automatically incoming and outgoing numbers stored in a channel memory. CONSTITUTION:Time-division channel unit 1 is equipped with talking circuit, time-division channel controller 3 is provided with channel control memory 320 stored with circuit numbers corresponding to time slots for detecting and controlling signals from circuits, and CPU2 controls both units 1 and 3. Once detecting independently a cut-off signal from incoming and outgoing circuits by channel control circuit 310, unit 3 allows unit 1 to erase automatically numbers of incoming and outgoing circuits stored in memory 320. Consequencly, a load upon CPU2 can be lightened greatly. |
