PURPOSE:To measure a tile shape accurately in a short time by providing sensors for detecting heights of upper and lower faces of a tile on a slider which is attached to parallel rails on both sides of a tile setting reference base so that this slider is freely slidable orthogonally to these rails. CONSTITUTION:A slider 3 is attached to a pair of rails 2 and 2' provided on both sides of a reference base 1 so that the slider 3 is freely slidable orthogonally to these rails, and sensors 5 and 6 for detecting heights of upper and lower faces of a tile 50 are provided on the slider 3 by holding tools 7 and 8 so that positions of these sensors 5 and 6 are freely controlled, and detecting rolls 11 and 12 are provided at tips of rods 9 and 10 of sensors 5 and 6. Rolls 11 and 12 are brought into contact with an overlap face 51 and an end part upper face 52 of the tile 50, which is set onto the base 1 through a pillow 60, by a spring 13, and the slider 3 is moved by a motor 15 to measure heights of faces 51 and 52 continuously. Thus, manual work is eliminated. |
