摘要 PURPOSE:To make fractionation and quantitative determination of enolases by preparing the antibodies for 3 kinds of sub-units constituting enolaze isozyme and making use of the reaction for inhibiting activity of the individual antibodies and the specific enolase. CONSTITUTION:Enolase alphaalpha, alphabeta, alphagamma, betabeta, betagamma types are separated from the human brain, muscle, etc. and the antibodies thereof are made. The anti-alpha, beta, gamma types and anti-single clone alpha, beta, gamma types of 3 kinds of sub-unit antibodies are added to the test liquid, for example, the anti-sub-unit gamma type inhibits entirely the activity of the enolase gammagamma type, inhibits 50% the activity of the alphagamma type and does not act on the alphaalpha, betabeta types. If, therefore, the anti-sub-units are combined and are acted with the test liquid, the respective types of enolases are quantitatively fractionated. The above-mentioned method is effective in the early diagnosis of the neuropathy, tumor and muscular dystrophy.
