<p>PURPOSE:To permit bonding of a pressed component simultaneously with its molding by fusing a heat sensitive adhesive by the heat from the contact of synthetic resin with the portion of metal component where the heat sensitive adhesive is applied at the time of pouring of a fused synthetic resin into a cavity. CONSTITUTION:Inside of the cavity 6c which is made by the joining of a fixed metal mold 6a and a movable metal mold 6b, a metal component 7 which has an elastic metal plate 7a provided with a comb shaped slits 7b and separate divisions 7c where heat sensitive adhesive is applied is placed. Then, a fused synthetic resin 9 is poured into the cavity 6c and the fused synthetic resin 9 contacts the portion of the metal plate 7 where the heat sensitive adhesion 8 is applied and the adhesive 8 is fused by the heat of the former. Later, after cooling, the pressed component 10 which was molded to be a synthetic resin product is removed by removing the movable metal mold 6b from the fixed metal mold 6a.</p> |
