Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Indolderivate der allgemeinen Formel <IMAGE> in der A eine -CH2-CH2-, -CH=CH-, -?H-CO- oder -?H2-CO-Gruppe und B eine Methylen-, Carbonyl- oder Thiocarbonylgruppe oder A eine -CO-CO- oder <IMAGE> und B eine Methylengruppe, E eine Alkylengruppe, eine 2-Hydroxy-n-propylen-, 2-Hydroxy-n-butylen- oder 3-Hydroxy-n-butylengruppe, G eine Alkylengruppe, R1 ein Wasserstoff-, Chlor- oder Bromatom, eine Trifluormethyl-, Nitro-, Amino-, Alkylamino-, Dialkylamino-, Alkyl-, Hydroxy-, Alkoxy- oder Phenylalkoxygruppe, R2 ein Wasserstoff-, Chlor- oder Bromatom, eine Hydroxy-, Alkoxy-, Phenylalkoxy- oder Alkylgruppe oder R1 und R2 zusammen eine Alkylendioxygruppe, R3 ein Wasserstoff-, Chlor- oder Bromatom oder eine Alkylgruppe, R4 ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Alkyl- oder Phenylalkylgruppe, R5 ein Wasserstoff-, Fluor-, Chlor- oder Bromatom, eine Alkyl-, Hydroxy-, Alkoxy- oder Phenylalkoxygruppe, R6 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkoxygruppe und R7 ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Alkoxygruppe, eine Alkyl- oder Phenylalkylgruppe bedeuten, und deren Säureadditionssalze, welche wervolle pharmakologische Eigenschaften aufweisen, insbesondere eine herzfrequenzsenkende Wirkung. Die neuen Verbindungen können nach an sich bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden.
