PURPOSE:To prevent peeling off of resin film caused by pressure variation and increase life and continuous operation by wrapping the gas side inner surface of metals divided into multiple parts as a manifold construction material with resin films having heat and chemical resistant property and mounting gas drawing pipes each of which exhausts outside the gas penetrated through the resin film by pressure. CONSTITUTION:A manifold 8 if covered with a fluorine resin film 9 having heat resistant and phosphoric acid resistant property and mounted to the side of a unit cell stack through a sealant 5 and a reinforcing material 2 with a bolt 10. The sealant 5 is inserted into divided parts of the manifold 8 and the resin film 9 is fixed with a bolt 10 so as to wrap the metal of the manifold. A small hole is installed in the center of each divided metal of the manifold and a gas drawing pipe which passes outside is mounted. Each small hole is gathered to prevent generation of pressure difference in the pipe. The gas drawing pipe 11 prevents deformation of the resin film caused by expansion of gas penetrated through the resin film 9 when pressure is reduced during operation. |
