PURPOSE:To enable a user to handle a disk with no direct finger touch of the disk by providing a flat holding part providing an opening part corresponding to the center hole of an information record disk to be held and a store part which can support oscillatably said holding part and also store this holding part together with said record disk. CONSTITUTION:A jacket 5 is constituted of a flat holding part 8 which holds an information record disk 6 and a store part 10 which supports oscillatably the part 8 in the direction parallel to a primary surface of the part 8 via a shaft 9 and also can store the part together with the disk 6. An opening part 10a is formed to the side face part of the part 10 at a place near the shaft 9. Then the part 8 can be pulled out of the part 10 by pushing the part 8 through the part 10a or hooking a finger to a recess part 8a of the part 8. An approximately semicircular recess part 8b is formed to the primary surface of the part 8, and a cut part 8c is formed to the bottom surface of the part 8b in response to the center hole 6a of the disk 6. Such a constitution reduces both weight and pushing force with the jacket 5.
