PURPOSE:To make the entire device simple and compact, by constituting a part of a light path from an incident optical system to photoelectric converter elements with an optical fiber, so that the deformation of the light path is freely performed and the arrangement of a light branching system in the device can be freely performed. CONSTITUTION:An incident optical system comprises a rotary scanning mirror 1, a condenser lens 3, and a first semitransparent mirror 4. On the side of a visible light branching system of the incident optical system, an optical fiber bundle 5, which has an incident end surface corresponding to a visible wavelength region, is provided. The respective output ends are separated and coupled to filters F1-F5, lenses L1-L5, and photoelectric converter elements D1-D5. After amplifiers provided for the respective bands, delay circuits are provided. Thus, the light path can be freely deformed, the positions of the image signals for wavelength bands are made to agree, and the freedom of arrangement of the light branching system can be improved. |
