PURPOSE:To decrease construction cost and increase both watertightness and mechanical strength by fusing the joint of a waterproof sheet and watertight bituminous pavement with a hot melting independent foamed sheet. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizing treatment basic layer 3a and rubble layer 3b are formed on the bottom 1 of a dry pond 3. And drain pipes 3c are laid in the rubble layer 3b. Then, a compound waterproof sheet 6, formed by hot melt of a hot melting independent foamed sheet 4 of which foaming magnification is 3-5 fold and a waterproof sheet 5 made of rubber or plastic sheets, is laid on the inner surface (bottom) of the pond 3 with the sheet 4 being laid on top of the sheet 5. Asphalt mixture, where air void is less than 0.03% at 130-180 deg.C, is laid so as to be polymerized with the compound waterproof sheet 6. In this way, the watertight asphalt concrete pavement 10 is formed. |
