PURPOSE:To make a molding material to penetrate to be filled up between thin leaf materials and between the thin leaf materials and wires, and to reduce generation of cracks at manufacture of a molded coil by a method wherein the thin leaf material formed by fusion welding or adhering unwoven fabric paper on one side or both the sides of a synthnetic resin film is used. CONSTITUTION:A thin leaf material is inserted between the wires 2a of a coil main body, and molded by molding resin 3. The thin leaf material formed by fusion welding or adhering unwoven abric paper 6 on one side or both the sides of a synthetic resin film 5 is used for the thin leaf material. The thin leaf material of thin sort can be obtained by fusion welding or adhering polyester unwoven fabric paper or aromatic polyamide unwoven fabric paper on one side or both the sides of a polyester film, or an aromatic polyamide film. |
