PURPOSE:To attain apparently the communication independently of copying by means of one set of a communication terminal device by allowing a high speed output device to process timewise in parallel the local copying and the print of a received original. CONSTITUTION:A communication control section 2 communicates a line 1 and a control section 3 and changes over a line between a telephone set and a facsimile device. The control section 3 connects the communication control section 2 and a reader 4. The control section 3 controls the timewise parallel processing of the local copy and the print of the received original, stores the transmitted reception data from the communication control section 2 to a memory in the control section 3 and outputs it to a printer 5 via the reader 4. The printer 5 provided with a high speed recording function such as a laser beam printer outputs a data transmitted from the reader 4; the local copy to sorter trays 1-9 and the received original to a reception original tray 10 basd each on the designation of the reader 4.
