PURPOSE:To inject a melted synthetic resin in the batch corresponding to the cavity capacity accurately by providing a potentiometer for controlling the retraction of an injection of screw separately in an inversion type injection molding machine to switch it each time inversion is made. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of potentiometers 12a, 12b and 13a, 13b convert the retraction of arms 10 and 11 into a voltage and when it coincides with the preset voltage value, injection screws 8 and 9 are stopped to control the retraction. Then, the potentiometers 12a and 13b to match the capacity of cavity defined by the die 4 and the die 5 in an inversion mold 2 and the potentiometers 12b and 13a to match the capacity of cavity defined by the die 4 and the die 5 in the inversion mold 3. With such an arrangement, a working piece 14 turns ON or OFF limit switches 15a and 15b each time inversion is made thereby enabling the injection of a melted synthetic resin in the batch to match the capacity of respective cavities. |
