The application is to styling of rear lamps and reflectors on motor vehicles, where the line and dimensions of the lamps are carried right across the back of the body. To give a consistent appearance the central part (10) of the trim has an outer transparent moulding (15) which has cylinder section section convex or concave elements (16). These are pref. on the inside, leaving a smooth exterior. An inner, opaque moulding (17) is similar but has concave or convex cylindrical elements (18) at 90 deg. to those on the outer part. Both parts may be suitably coloured such that the assembled appearance gives the impression of a continuous lamp housing across the back of the vehicle. The typically channel-shaped parts (15,17) are normally extrusions.
