PURPOSE:To improve the safety by preventing fingers, clothes and so on from being caught by a back surface of cloth plate for attaching which occurs by attachment of a clasp in a clasp using a magnet attached to handbas, brief case and any other bags. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic plate 2 is attached and fixed to a pole face (a) of a permanent magnet 1 on which a hole 1a opened from one pole face to another pole and a ferromagnetic member 2a standing in the center of the hole 1a is arranged. The magnet 1 and the plate 2 are held unitarily by a case 7 and a dish-like attaching plate 4 having a circumferential flange 4a directing the inside of an opening edge is caulked to an unattractive plane of the plate 2 by a small-diameter bar 2'a of the member 2a. Consequently, the easy attachment is completed by sticking claws 5a of an attaching member 5 into an attaching cloth plate and pressure-entering the front ends of clows into the circumferential flange 4a of the attaching plate 4. |
