PURPOSE:To make a switch contactless and to reduce a high frequency switching device at its size by constituting a high frequency switching part by the combination of diodes and phase circuits. CONSTITUTION:The 1st terminal 21 is connected to the anode of the 1st pin diode 12 through the 1st decoupling capacitor 100 and the cathode of the diode 12 is connected to one end of the 1st impedance element 31. The other end of the 1st impedance element 31 is connected to one end of the 2nd impedance element 32 and the other end is connected to one end of the 3rd impedance element 33. When the 2nd bias circuit 10 is turned on by the 2nd bias switching circuit 41 and a forward DC current is made to flow into the 4th, 3rd and 2nd pin diodes 15-13, these pin dipdes 15-13 act as fine high frequency resistors determined by the forward DC current. |
