PURPOSE:To execute a fixing with high efficiency, and to improve reliability by placing a reflecting body in a rotary sleeve, and condensing optical energy of a flash lamp to an opening part. CONSTITUTION:A rotary sleeve 5 which is cylindrical and has pierced a slit opening part 4 in accordance with a size of a recording paper on a suitable part is placed on the outside circumference of a flash lamp 1. Also, a circular or elliptical reflecting body 12 to which the lamp 1 is a focan point is placed in the sleeve 5. Accordingly, optical energy of the lamp 1 is all condensed to the opening part 4 by the reflecting body 12 and powerful optical energy is irradiated to a recording paper 3. As a result, a fixation with high efficiency can be executed, and reliability of a device itself can be improved. |
