PURPOSE:To automatize the winding operation of a roller of moisture resistant film by providing a delivering device, an air-table type guide device, an electrifying device, a vaccum maintaining device, and a cutting device, for said roll of moisture resistant film, on the connecting part of a winding roll. CONSTITUTION:A piece of moisture resistant film 12 passes through film guide devices 13-15 by means of the action of air jet, according to a film winding signal, and is sent onto a second winder drum 04. Then, electric discharge is carried out from a discharging head 16, to make the film 12 charged with static electricity and stick to the roll 12. After that, the air nozzles of the film guide plates 13, 14 are made vacuum by operating an ejector, to make the film closely stick to the guide plates 13, 14. And, finally, the film 12 is cut over its whole width by running a knife 34, and the winder 04 is slowly moved, completing the winding operation. |
