发明名称 NOZZLE MOVING MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To make driving sources which move a nozzle in the vertical and horizontal directions in one body and, at the same time, to prevent the nozzle from moving to positions other than a prescribed moving locus, by installing a means which changes the circulating motion of a nozzle holder into a reciprocating motion so that the ejecting port of the nozzle can be controlled downward always. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle holder 1 is stopped at the location II by rotating a stepping motor by means of a pulse signal from an automatic control circuit which is not shown in the figure and circularly operating a roller chain 2 in counterclockwise direction by means of a sprocket 4. At the position, a nozzle 1a is properly inserted into a sample cup 9 and a sample is sucked into the nozzle 1a. After suction is completed, the motor 6 is restarted by the pulse signal from the above mentioned control circuit and the chain 2 is circularly moved clockwise. Then the nozzle holder 1 is passed through the position II and stopped at the position III while its position is properly maintained by a parallel link 7a and parallel lever 7e. At this position, the nozzle 1a is properly inserted into a container 10 and the sample is discharged into the container 10.
