This invention is related to surface protection of zinc or steel and in particular, surfaces of the structures such as bridges or gantries. The composition contains 0.5 to 5 parts of zinc, 1 to 20 parts of phosphoric acid, 0.01 to 0.5 parts of cobalt and/or nickel, and an effective amount of an accelerator such as nitroguanidine, sulpho-salicylic acid or sodium nitrobenzenesulphonate. |
