PURPOSE:To reduce soldering time by adding a ferromagnetic material to a soldering point and heating inductively the ferromagnetic material to solder the soldering point thereby accelerating the temp. rise at the soldering point and making said temp. uniform. CONSTITUTION:A copper lead 2 of an element 1 which is an electrical part to perform soldering is passed through the hole of a copper plate 3 and an annular iron ring 4 and a solder ring 5 are successively passed onto said lead. The soldering point is enclosed by an oscillating coil 7 of a high-frequency generator 6 to generate a high frequency so that the soldering point is soldered by induction heating. The good wetting with solder is thus obtd. |
