<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit configuration by providing a rotary field pole and two armature windings, and controlling with the current flowed to the other armature winding the voltage induced in one armature winding when operated as a generator. CONSTITUTION:When an ignition switch 11 is connected with a start side contact 11a, a main armature current conduction controller 6 and an auxiliary armature current conduction controller 7 output armature currents Ia-Ic, Ia'- Ic' on the basis of the position signals from rotor position detectors 4a-4c. When the switch 11 is connected with the ON contact 11b, the outputs of the main armature windings 2a-2c are supplied through a rectifier 10 to a battery 4 and an electric load 12. When the generated voltage rises from the reference voltage, the controller 7 operates to regenerate the excess powers generated in the windings 2a-2c to the windings 3a-3c.</p> |
