PURPOSE:To normally operate a rotary electric machine without magnetic shield even in a strong DC magnetic field near a stationary electric device by providing a rotor type armature utilizing a DC magnetic flux generated from the device as a field magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:A motor 7 is disposed in a magnetic field formed by a superconductive magnet. Since a magnetic field formed of the magnet 1 is, for example, approx. 2-3 kilogauss near the magnet 1 in case of a magnetic levitating train, the magnetic flux density crossing the armature winding of the motor 7 becomes 4-6 kilogauss or higher, and this value can be sufficiently utilized as the field magnetic flux. |
