PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of performance due to correction of 1-bit error by adding a relocation priority bit into each word of the microinstruction of a control memory part, and also using a microinstruction relocation control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A control memory part 1 stores a microinstruction containing a relocation priority bit into each word. A microinstruction relocation control circuit 9 checks the microinstruction data stored presently in a microinstruction register 6 after receiving the information showing that a 1-bit error is produced fixedly from a 1-bit error correction control circuit 7. In other words, the relocation priority bit contained in the microinstruction data is checked. If the relocation is approved, the microinstruction is first shifted to an idle area provided to the part 1. Then the value of the next address field of the microinstruction executed one step before is rewritten to an address obtained after shift. Thus it is possible to prevent the deterioration of performance due to a 1-bit error. |
