PURPOSE:To realize a high reduction ratio with a small unit by using a reduction mechanism having a small teeth-difference and a flat-gear reduction mechanism for two-step reduction and further making the latter a planetary mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When an input shaft 3 is rotated, a ring gear 6 is rotated by a sun gear 4 provided on the input shaft 3 via each planetary gear 5 centering the center O'. As the ring gear 6 is rotated, an outer race 7 with its rotation locked by a pin 9 is moved up and down and to the left and right within an eccentric quantity epsilon. The outer race 7 is engaged with a tooth 10b provided on the case section 10a of an output shaft 10, and it reductively transmits the power inputted to the input shaft 3 to the output shaft 10 while changing the engaging position in sequence via the up-and-down and left-and-right movement. The reduction ratio as a whole is about 1/100.
