<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and safety, in a vibration suppressor provided with a mechanical vibration-isolating mechanism comprised of a ball screw and a ball nut, by enabling quick suppression of micro displacement. CONSTITUTION:A sliding cylinder 18 is fitted frictionally in a gap formed between a load column 3 and the cylinder section 9a of holding cylinder 9, where the sliding cylinder 18 is constructed by lining frictional members 20, 21 on the inner/outer circumferences of cylinder 19. Consequently, the spring constant is high for micro vibration to provide vibration suppressing function thus to prevent idling of ball nut 6 or ball screw 13 due to friction and to prevent damage of ball nut 6.</p> |
