PURPOSE:To secure liquid-tightness and air-tightness at a low cost by forming a coated film having low-temperature resistance and air shielding performance onto the inner surface of an outer tank in concrete structure. CONSTITUTION:A sealing film is formed onto the inner surface of an outer tank in PC concrete structure, and an inner tank made of metal is constructed, and the part between the inner and outer tanks is filled with heat insulating material. When urethane paint is used for sealing film, the inner surface of a concrete wall 6 is undercoat-treated 7 by one-liquid type urethane paint, and then treated with two-liquid type urethane paint to form an undercoat film 8, and a glass-fiber reinforced cloth 9 is applied onto the undercoat film 8, and two-liquid-type urethane paint is applied to form an intermediate film 10 and an upper- coated film 11 in succession. Butyl paint and silicone paint can be used for sealing film. Therefore, liquid-tightness and air-tightness can be secured at a low cost without using a steel-plate seal. Further, the thermal impact resistance and the resistance to chemicals can be improved. |
