PURPOSE:To prepare easily and with a high yield a cleaning blade by using a thermoplastic polyurethane rubber having prescribed hardness and thickness. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyurethane rubber extruded so that its hardness becomes 80 deg.-90 deg. by a JISA scale and its thickness becomes 0.2-5mm. is cut. In this way, a cleaning blade is prepared easily and with a high yield since forming by a metallic die, etc. are not executed, and its economical property is raised. |
