PURPOSE:To display on a monitor picture that who is the speaker, by installing display devices to positions facing plural attendants of a conference and at the same time, providing a detecting means which detects speakers. CONSTITUTION:Aural signals SA-SC of each attendant obtained from microphones 11a-11c are added to a transmitting device 12 and a sound signal SP is supplied to a receiving device 33 of a conference room Q. When the sound signal SP is supplied to the receiving device 33, a loudspeaker is sounded. At the same time, the device 12 detects thst who is the speaker and gives corresponding detection signals SC-SE to corresponding display devices 18a-18c. When the detection signals SC-SE are given to the display devices 18a-18c, display surfaces of the devices 18a-18c are flickered. On the other hand, a TV camera 16 simultaneously takes photographs of the attendants, microphones 11a-11c, and devices 11a-11c and sends a picture signal SF to a receiving device 34 through a transmitting device 34. Thus the attendants, etc., are projected on the picture of a monitor device 35.
