摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize the apparatus with a less interval between reaction tubes by arranging prisms in adjacent pairs for measuring light in a liquid in reaction lines to be alternately zigzaged by one step in the direction of transferring the reaction tubes. CONSTITUTION:Prisms 27a and 27c in a pair each arranged as opposed to one another sandwitching first and third reaction lines 41 and 43 respectively among first - fourth reaction lines 41-44 provided with a cassette 28 retained in a thermostatic cell 24 in parallel with the direction of transferring reaction tubes 29 are in the same train with respect to the transfer direction while prisms 27b and 27d in a pair each arranged as opposed to one another sandwitching second and fourth reaction lines 42 and 44 are in the same train with respect to the transfer direction. In other words, adjacent pairs of prisms 27a and 27b, 27b and 27c and 27c and 27d in the reaction lines 41-44 are arranged facing one another to be alternately zigzaged by one step in the transfer direction. With such an arrangement, the interval between the reaction tubes 29 in the adjacent reaction lines 41-44 can be reduced thereby miniaturizing the apparatus.
