PURPOSE:To provide a titled apparatus having efficient, highly accurate and simple construction by assembling tentatively, holding and fixing upper and lower chord members as well as lattice bars, etc. by means of holding jigs on the table of a carriage, moving intermittently the carriage and welding alternately the upper and lower chord members and the lattice bars. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for producing a reinforcing trussed girder is composed by forming respective members such as upper and lower chord members 1, 1, 2, 2 consisting of reinforcing bars and lattice bars 4, etc. into prescribed shapes, assembling tentatively the members, holding and fixing the assembled members by means of holding jigs 21-24 onto a table 20 supported via a pantagraph 19 and bed 17 onto the frame 15 of a carriage 13 traveling on the rails 11 of a base plate A, moving intermittently said carriage 13 and attaching the materials 1, 2 by electric resistance welding to the bend parts 4a of the bars 4 by a gate-shaped welding machine 14. The movement of the carriage 13 of the above-mentioned apparatus is stopped at every prescribed position of the pitch of the bent parts 4a and the table 20 is moved upward via the bed 17 by a lifting cylinder 16. The welding positions of the part 4a is grasped between the stationary 26 and movable arm 27 of the machine 14 and is subjected to welding. |
