PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy and efficiency by providing engaging sections corresponding to the inside and outside members at the tip of each shaft of inside and outside spindle provided on coaxial shaft then rotating each spindle sequentially. CONSTITUTION:An air chuck 37 is functioned to catch the referential face 41 of outside member Wo by means of an engaging click 39 while to engage the inside member Wi with a pin 31 at the engaging section 27 to perform turning. Then the inside spindle 17 is fixed or the inside member Wi is fixed with a pin 31 to rotate the outside spindle 21 thus to rotate the outside member. A specific bite is applied onto the working face 43 of the outside member to perform turning, thus to perform turning around the axis of spindle or Z-axis. Then the outside spindle 21 is fixed to turn the inside spindle 17 thus to rotate the inside member through rotation of the pin 31, thereafter specific bite is applied onto the working face 45 of inside member Wi to perform accurate turning around Z- axis with high efficiency.
