<p>PURPOSE:To make separate metal fittings unnecessary and to enable the direct firm fixation of a flyback transformer to a printed circuit board, by providing a flange member and a hole for temporary fixation in the lower part of the flyback transformer respectively, by fixing the transformer to the printed circuit board at the hole for temporary fixation, and by fixing the flange member to a casing through the intermediary of the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:As for the sequence of fixation, first pins 7 of a flyback transformer 1 are inserted into pin insertion holes 8 of a printed circuit board 3. On the occasion, the lower surfaces of the flyback transformer 1 and the flange member 2 thereof are in face-contact with the printed circuit board 3. Next, the flyback transformer 1 is fixed to the printed circuit board 3 by driving screws 10 into holes 4 for temporary fixation through the intermediary of the printed circuit board 3, with an attention not to cause unstable fixation of the flange member 2 to the printed circuit board 3. Then, the pins 7 of the flyback transformer 1 are soldered to the terminal member of the printed circuit board 3 by an automatic soldering device or the like, and by using holes 6 for fixation provided in the flange member 2, the flyback transformer 1 is fixed by screws 15 in holes for fixation provided in the fixed leg members 13 of the casing 5, through the intermediary of the printed circuit board 3.</p> |
