PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficiently wide residential space, by attaching a steering gear box to a vehicle body frame so that a pitman arm may rotates in a substantially vertical plane in the front of a center pivot. CONSTITUTION:A steering gear box 43 is attached to a vehicle body frame F so that a pitman arm 40 is positioned in the front of a center pivot P disposed between a position in the vicinity of and below the front section of an engine and a front axle 8, rotatably in a vertical plane. The pitman arm 40 may be rotated for steering in a space in the front of and below the engine 9 so that the engine 10 may be sufficiently displaced forward toward a position where the front section of the engine 9 confronts the front axle 8 thereabove, and therefore, a clutch housing 16 is further displaced forward with respect to a mission casing 5, thereby a residential space may be made sufficiently wide. |
