PURPOSE:To record simultaneously plural information signals to the same recording medium by providing plural rotary heads to which plural information signals are supplied, and which can execute simultaneously recording in accordance with each of plural information signals, and supplying plural information signals to each corresponding rotary head. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rotary heads A1, A2 are installed so as to be opposed to each other at an interval of 180 deg. to a rotating surface of a rotating body 38. Also, a rotary head B1 is installed to a position (a position adjacent to the rotary head A1) which precedes by a minute angle in the rotating direction of the rotating body 38 against the rotary head A1, and a rotary head B2 is installed to a position (a position adjacent to the rotary head A2) which follows by a minute angle in the rotating direction of the rotating body 38 against the rotary head A2. In this regard, the rotary heads A1, A2 correspond to recording heads 13, 14, and the rotary heads B1, B2 correspond to recording heads 36, 37. Accordingly, a recording signal of the first video signal inputted to the first input terminal 1 is supplied to the rotary heads A1, A2, and a recording signal of the second video signal supplied to the second input terminal is supplied to the rotary heads B1, B2.
