PURPOSE:To carry out normal insertion and ejection of a case properly, and to prevent an erroneous action securely by providing the means which prevents case insertion, connecting to a member in the location facing about a central part of an information disk at the time of a reproducing action. CONSTITUTION:In the stop condition, meshing of a friction gear 83 and a drive gear 92 is released, a connected end face 56 of an opening lock lever 51 is connected to a clock pin 54 so as to prevent an opening bar 53 from being inserted. A cam lock lever 108 is separated from a lock 73' formed stepwise on an outer circumference cam face 73 of a loading cam 71, and a lift ring 32 is held in the descended condition; therefore a sleeve 7 cannot be inserted. When the sleeve 7 is inserted and a disk 1 is mounted, first a motor 78 is regularly rotated and such condition in which the sleeve can be inserted is made possible.
